The Role

Analyst/ASSO/AVP, Centralized Procurement, FMD

Key Accountabilities

• Enhancing and implementing the procurement policy and relevant internal control requirements to ensure the central procurement work is compliant and efficient;
• Preparing central procurement plan and promoting the implementation of central procurement projects;
• Implementing the management of central procurement suppliers and expert database;
• Leading the implementation of procurement process, preparing central procurement documents, negotiating with suppliers and coordinating the project review work;
• Following-up on comments from Central Procurement Committee;
• Representing the company to participate in bidding evaluation;
• Organizing the post-central procurement project evaluation;
• Enhancing the information management of central procurement projects;
• Handling the internal and external communication work;
• Completing tasks assigned by top management.

Skills & Experience

• University graduate or above;
• Degree in finance, computer science, information technology or other related disciplines would be an advantage;
• At least 3 years of experience in financial management or procurement management (most preferable);candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Strong writing skill both in English and Chinese, Strong analytical skill;
• Good communication and team management skill, great team player;
• Highly resilient and able to work under pressure;
• Good spoken in English and Chinese, able to work independently using English.
