LPA, Inc (California) seeks a Design Coordinator II to develop and coordinate architectural designs and construction documents; create and analyze building models; research and apply building codes; prepare design documentation; to ensure accuracy in drawings and specifications; review project work for compliance; conduct site observations; perform energy modeling; support contract administration and project close-out efforts. Reqs: Master's Degree in architecture, plus 12 months of experience as designer. Proficiency in CAD and REVIT; Sketchup and Adobe, creative suites, construction materials, specifications and techniques; knowledge of the use of building codes and other related regulations. $110,000 per year.
