OverviewTitle: Head Golf Professional
The Head Golf Professional with work alongside the Director of Golf to deliver an exceptional golf and club experience to all Bellevue members, their families, and guests. The Head Professional will assist in overseeing all golf-related activities and business. The position will assist in making sure the Club objectives are achieved. The position will report directly to the Director of Golf.
Club: Bellevue Golf Club
Bellevue Golf Club is a private, member-owned golf club - only 8 miles from downtown Boston, in the beautiful town of Melrose, Massachusetts.
The Club caters to 430 seasonal members that consists of 280 golf members that play 13,000 rounds annually.
The golf course is an exceptional nine-hole course. Among the best-groomed layouts in the New England. The golf course played today was designed by Wayne Stiles and John Van Kleek in the early 1920's with traditional small, fast, undulated greens and bent grass wall to wall. Although the course is 6200 yards and par 70, it provides a challenge to all levels of golfers.
Bellevue Golf Club is rich in history and is one of the founding members of the Massachusetts Golf Association . The Club has hosted several New England PGA and MassGolf championships and qualifiers in the past years.

Experience Required
- Class A member or LPGA member
- PGA or LPGA apprentice (level 3)
- Experience at a high-end private club
- Effective oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
- Adequate teaching and coaching knowledge
- Golf shop merchandising and management skills
- Strong tournament operations experience (Golf Genius)
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Essential Responsibilities
You will be asked to assist the other staff members and the Director of Golf with all golf operation related tasks.
