Description
- Implementation and review of Operational Resilience & Business Continuity across the organisation including liaison with all business teams that support the resilience pillars (Technology, Third Party Management, Facilities and Business Lines) to ensure organisational and regulatory objectives are achieved.
- Provide advice, oversight, and robust challenge to business team in relation to the implementation of policy, framework, and minimum standards for operational resilience and business continuity.
- Maintain an expert understanding of all regulatory matters pertaining to Operational Resilience and Business Continuity for the UK and subsidiaries and drive alignment as required by regulation and group objectives.
Experience -
- Good working knowledge, and ideally implementation of industry standards across Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management and Operational Resilience.
- Knowledge of Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCIR) is an advantage.
- Proven track record of experience in an equivalent role in FCA and PRA regulated firms
