Finnegan’s Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams continue to grow and are seeking mid-level associates with experience in 4G/5G telecommunications in our offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Boston, Massachusetts, Palo Alto, California, Reston, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
Successful candidates must have 3-5 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Must have at least 2 years of solid litigation experience. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree required. Prior patent prosecution experience preferred. USPTO registration number is preferred. Previous work experience in 4G/5G telecommunications is required.

The base annual pay range for this role is between $235,000 - $365,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
