Description
We're looking for a physiotherapist to join the team at Enriching Health, our allied health clinic in Panania, south-west Sydney. You'll work alongside our team of Exercise Physiologists and lead the physiotherapy discipline, with full access to BCHP, our boutique S&C gym located inside the same building under the same ownership.
This is a pioneering role. The clinic is set up, the systems and processes are built, and we have a strong referral base including current members, ex members and our local referral partners. You will work closely with the owner and head EP to build our physiotherapy discipline, grow our caseload and shape what Enriching Health Physiotherapy will be for the long run.
The role:
- Full-time, 38 hours per week
- 25 - 30 face-to-face hours (to be built over 3 months)
- Mostly weekdays, with occasional Saturday mornings
- Hours within the day are designed around the right candidate
- $90,000 + super (salary reflects experience)
- 4 weeks annual leave + standard sick leave
- Educational content and community engagement throughout Enriching Health and BCHP (Group and PT Gym)
Caseload pipeline:
- Internal referrals from our existing Enriching Health client base (current and past patients)
- BCHP gym members - group training and personal training clients with active rehab and S&C needs
- Established GP relationships in the local area
- A dedicated 3-month marketing investment to build your calendar
What the role may include:
- Running Onero bone health classes (training provided if needed)
- Active involvement in the gym community
- Creating educational content for internal use and marketing videos for our community and social media
- Working closely with the owner and the head of EP discipline to define how physio operates here
- Operational input is welcomed - we're building this together, not handing over a finished product

Possible additional opportunities:
We have working relationships with the multiple schools in the area, local sporting teams and the Bulldogs female pathways teams. This carries the potential for athlete coaching exposure for the right candidate. This isn't guaranteed as part of the role, but the door is open.
Who we're looking for:
- AHPRA-registered physiotherapist
- 1-3 years post-grad experience preferred. Eager new grads will be considered with thorough onboarding and early mentorship
- Confident treating active populations - athletes, S&C clients, and general MSK across all ages (we work with everyone from semi-professional athletes to mums and dads)
- Genuine interest in sports physiotherapy and strength and conditioning
- Wants to build a service, not just see patients
About Enriching Health:
We're an allied health clinic in Panania run by Exercise Physiologists. We work across NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and private. ONERO bone health, postnatal strength, falls prevention, and general rehabilitation. BCHP, our boutique S&C gym, is located inside the same building under the same ownership and runs side by side. We're a small team, we look out for each other, and we're growing quickly.

Requirements
Requirements:
- AHPRA-registered physiotherapist with full general registration (no provisional or limited registration)
- Full Australian working rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW WWCC) or willingness to obtain before start date
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Eligibility for Medicare provider number
