This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

This position is remote but the ideal candidate would be located in Dubuque, IA, or Davenport, IA per the hiring manager's discretion. This may be dependent on the successful candidate's background, experience, and proficiency.

Your Responsibilities

As a Manager, Customer & Product Support - Forestry Equipment, Machine Supportfor Dubuque Worksyou will...

• Manage and lead the factory product support function for Full Tree product line
• 5 or more years' experience with heavy on or off road machinery business, can be technician, shop supervisor etc. technical position experience
• Co-operate with our channel partners worldwide to ensure high quality customer support
• Lead and manage team of professionals and effectively work with stakeholders, like but not limited to engineering, training center, reliability team, factory operations.

What Skills You Need

• 3 or more years experience in forestry, forestry machinery, operational or silvicultural
• Basic understanding of heavy machinery repair processes and workshop operations
• Basic understanding of forestry applications, full tree and cut-to-length

What Makes You Stand Out

• 3 or more years experience in supervisor/manager position
• Foreign language skills, especially Spanish or Portuguese are advantage

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Technical degree (Associate or B.E.) in engineering, automotive technology, or heavy diesel technology or equivalent related work experience
