Caliber Therapies
Company Overview
Caliber Therapies is a community-based, multi-state therapy provider founded and led by a Recreational Therapist, dedicated to expanding access to Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, and Creative Arts Therapies.
Recreational Therapy is at the core of our model. Our clinicians deliver evidence-based, individualized interventions that support outcomes across the physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual domains—helping clients build independence, engage in their communities, and improve quality of life.
We partner with interdisciplinary teams and provide services in real-world settings where progress is most meaningful. At the same time, we invest in our therapists through advocacy, professional development, and initiatives like the Caliber Therapies Scholarship Fund.
At Caliber, you’re not just joining a company, you’re contributing to the growth and recognition of Recreational Therapy nationwide.
Company History
Caliber Therapies was founded in 2016 by a Recreational Therapist with a vision to expand access to and knowledge of Recreational Therapy, as well as ensure individuals of all abilities could receive meaningful, community-based care. What began as a small, mission-driven effort has grown into a multi-state provider serving diverse populations across the lifespan.
As the organization expanded, so did its scope—integrating Music Therapy and Creative Arts Therapies while maintaining Recreational Therapy as the foundation of care. Caliber Therapies has remained committed to delivering evidence-based, person-centered services in real-world environments where clients can build functional skills and experience meaningful outcomes.
Today, Caliber continues to grow with a focus on clinical excellence, therapist support, and national advocacy—working to elevate the role of Recreational Therapy and expand its recognition across healthcare systems.
