Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements
- Lead/Conduct in-depth analysis of client systems, processes, and technologies
- Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and reports to clients
- Assist clients in implementing recommended solutions and provide ongoing support
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct team management to ensure smooth project delivery (as manager)

Qualifications

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of industry specific insurance, financial services, or retail technologies, systems, and processes
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
Strong client facing and relationship building skills
Continuous learning mindset and enjoys keeping up to date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
