Reporting to your Line Manager, your focus will be on meeting and exceeding annual objectives while delivering outstanding service in the following areas:
- Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact
- Identify client needs and proactively provide solutions to develop growth opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver client requirements to the highest standards
- Monitor account performance, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure all Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded
- Maintain up-to-date records and provide regular reports on account activity
- Support business development, onboarding, and project delivery as required
- Stay informed of industry changes and compliance requirements, ensuring best practices at all times
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience within either/both of the HR/Health & Safety consultancy industries would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport, earning client trust to maintain long-term relationships
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive approach to challenges and change
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in account management, client services, or a related field is desirable
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising with service
- 37.5-hour working week and flexible hybrid working
