Administrative Supervisor. RZ Station Inc Job Location: 3300 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016. 40 hours/week, $78,000/ year. Job Duties: Supervise the work of office, administrative, and employees to ensure quality standards, meet deadlines, follow proper procedures, and resolve problems; Resolve customer complaints and respond to their inquiries; Prepare and issue work schedules, set deadlines, and assign duties to employees; Design, implement, and evaluate employee training and development programs, customer service initiatives, and performance evaluation criteria; Perform activities such as shipping, receiving, distribution, and transportation; Review records of inventory balances, production, payroll, and shipping to verify accuracy.
