About the Role
An intern who will be responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of the system enhancements and projects in Life Operations, namely in Policy Services Process.
- Understand the business processes and supporting systems within AIA's Policy Services.
- Participate and understand in business requirements
- Analyze requirements based on data analysis and discussion with business team, further work out system solution on simple item.
- Provide suggestions to improve business processes and system enhancements.
- Assist in the development of a clear and concise plan of action for User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Execute testing, analyse, and document test outputs for accuracy and completeness scenarios within the stipulated timelines.
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve UAT defects, if any.
- Report UAT progress and highlight key areas of risk and issues.
- Perform post implementation verification prior to project closure.
- Track and monitor the daily reports, escalate cases whenever required.
- Communicate and work professionally and work cohesively with colleagues.

Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow test procedures accurately.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility thinking in executing UAT.
- Willingness to learn
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies is a plus
Learning Outcome
By the end of the internship, the intern will be able to understand the Policy Services system process in AIA. The intern will be able to independently execute user acceptance testing, demonstrating the ability to understand business requirements, document test results and collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure that the system enhancement meet business needs and quality standards.
