Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to our clients and the industries they serve.
We have an immediate opening in our Los Angeles office for an Asbestos Litigation Attorney with three to eight years of experience preferred. Candidates should have an active California bar license. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Complex Torts business unit.
The ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of civil litigation in toxic tort spaces, including, but not limited to, experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, engaging in discovery, and substantive motion practice specific to California state and federal courts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. We look for proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool.

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position is $180,000 to $250,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
