Description

Yokohama Corporation of North America (Santa Ana, California) seeks Lead SAP Developer. A liaisonbetween the end user, SAP Functional consultants and the SAP system. Responsible for the full systems life cycle (Design, Coding, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of SAP systems including integration with non-SAP applications. Develop and support ongoing SAP modules /EDI initiatives and solutions with SAP. Hands-on SAP subject matter expert, demonstrates thorough knowledge of defining and managing SAP project lifecycles. Meet engagement objectives and budgets, including the following: integrating data points and using appropriate modeling methods to express future state requirements in both business and software terms. Perform complex ABAP programming, design, testing and debugging work related to the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP modules. Recognize the critical elements of complex application problems, develop and evaluate data, determine solutions and make logical recommendations. Write clear and logical reports, program documentation, and instructions. Perform code review and single point of contact for all ABAP developments. Technical analysis, designing, reviews, testing an implementation of SAP developments, ranging from small enhancements to large projects. Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests. Work with SAP to resolve software bugs. Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research. Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations. Develop technical specifications and work with BASIS and functional experts to complete object development and testing. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
