To support the firm's continued success, we are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Investment Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and execution to portfolio value creation and exit planning, within a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. What the job involves

• Involvement in the whole private equity deal cycle, from active sourcing and execution work
• Financial and commercial analysis of opportunities, preparation of investment committee documentation
• Monitoring and managing of existing investments: support value creation initiatives and report on progress and performance
• Hands on work and close interaction with partners, founders, and other stakeholders throughout the investment cycle

Who we are looking for

• Strong academic background
• Previous professional experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or a PE environment
• Strong commercial and/or financial modelling and analytical skills
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial and ambitious character with a genuine passion for investing
• Native-level German and fluent English skills are essential
