They are hiring an Associate, FP&A equipped with skills in budgeting and forecasting across costs and company expenditures. Your new role

• Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Monitor actual costs versus budgeted figures and analyze variances
• Provide timely and accurate cost reports with actionable insights for management
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to cost accounting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and project teams to validate cost data
• Recommend and implement cost control measures to improve financial efficiency
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and analysis
• Maintain and update cost control policies, procedures, and reporting templates
• Communicate financial implications of cost trends to non-finance stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial planning and analysis tools

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ Years of Experience in Cost Controlling, Expense Management, Management Reporting or FP&A
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Exposure working in an MNC environment is a plus
• Strong team player mindset and communication skills
• Detail-minded and proactive attitude
