Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Business Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in business law and be comfortable interacting directly with clients. This role offers the opportunity to establish and grow your own client base over time.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel and guidance in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, entity structures, contracts, estate planning, employment, real estate, and disputes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing high-quality legal services and advice.
Work collaboratively with other attorneys in the firm on various cases and projects.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings as needed.

Requirements

North Carolina Bar License
Minimum of three years of experience in business law preferred.
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions and build a client base.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
