Overview

Tomahawk is a great scenic 9 hole golf course located in the heart of the Black Hills in Deadwood,SD. We are a very busy golf course with 80% of our play is tourism. Great opportunity for someone wanting to get into the golf business. My top priority of this person must be a team player with other staff members and treat every customer like they are the most important person you see that day. Job generally will start April 1st and end October 1st. My staff is my top priority and having fun coming at work is number 1 in my book while being there for every customer.

Essential Responsibilities

Duties include:

Checking in golfers

Bartending and serving customers

Stocking clubhouse and pro shop at end of night and during the day when needed

Give lessons, and help out with junior clinics

Assist with outings and tournaments

Jumping in range cart or washing golf carts when needed

Checking carts every night for garbage, damage, cart keys and making sure they are in line for next day

Be flexible with schedule. Must be able to work weekends but not every weekend. I believe in family/ golf time

Must know general golf knowledge and general POS system

Being able to take control when myself (head pro ) is not there

Great opportunity for someone who wants to get into golf business and learn everything about the business from golf to food and beverage
