A leading investment management platform is seeking an Assistant Vice President (Private Credit) to join its growing team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven credit investment professional to gain exposure across the full deal lifecycle, covering both primary and secondary infrastructure credit transactions.
In this role, you will work closely with seasoned investment professionals and play a meaningful part in evaluating, executing, and monitoring credit investments across multiple strategies.

Key Responsibilities As part of the investment team, you will be involved in end‑to‑end deal execution, including:

• Assessing financing opportunities and determining suitability based on risk‑return considerations
• Building and reviewing financial models, including conducting cash flow sensitivities
• Preparing Investment Committee memos to seek approval for proposed commitments
• Conducting detailed due diligence and research to support credit and risk assessments
• Preparing pitch materials, presentations, and marketing content for internal and external use
• Performing credit, market, and liquidity risk analyses and stress testing
• Supporting ongoing asset and portfolio monitoring, including valuation analysis
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across functions (e.g., client coverage, markets, investor services) on activities such as KYC, funding arrangements, and financial forecasting

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong analytical capability, transaction experience, and comfort working in a dynamic investment environment.

Requirements:

• Approximately 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally within private credit funds or leveraged finance teams in investment banking
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative team setting
