Overview

BackSwing Golf Events is seeking primarily female professionals across all 50 states to help staff golf events. The age range is from age 22-37 years old. Our mission is to support women pursuing their dreams of playing on the LPGA but also continue to support women in the golf industry. We also have some options for male professionals depending on the location.

By working our events, you'll not only be part of a company dedicated to elevating women in golf, but you'll also have the chance to grow your own clientele and professional network.

Most of our work takes place at charity golf tournaments, where we design fun and engaging on-course activations that raise significant funds for each organization's chosen cause.

This is a role you can easily have alongside another job-whether you're already working at a golf course or in another field. Our flexibility allows us to work around your schedule, making it easy to fit in events when it works best for you.

Essential Responsibilities

We are looking for FEMALE professionals in every state. Age range beteen 22-37. While there are opportunities to travel if you're interested, it is not required. There is no minimum commitment-you set your own schedule and can choose to work as many or as few events as you'd like.

At each event, you'll typically be stationed on a designated hole running the activation requested by the tournament-such as a Beat the Pro challenge. Every event is unique, and we customize our involvement to fit their needs. You will receive training on how to both run the game and successfully fundraise at these events.

Benefits

You would join BackSwing Golf Events as a 1099 independent contractor, giving you the flexibility to work events on your own schedule. However, we also offer additional opportunities to transition into a full-time employee role, which includes benefits.
