Overview

We are seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers outstanding service, and has a strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Create a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Manage tabs, payments, and POS transactions accurately
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Assist with bar inventory, stocking, and ordering
• Collaborate with the service team for events, outings, and peak hours

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience (restaurant, bar, or country club preferred)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet NJ legal requirements for alcohol service

Preferred

• Experience with high-volume service and events
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast)
• TIPS or similar certification
