ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Responsible for performing audits, as it relates to federal, state, and bank policies, procedures and regulations including all cash audits, quarterly negotiable audits and maintaining branch audit books. Must adhere and practice strong internal control procedures at all times.
Manage the daily routine of the Universal Bankers and Tellers.
Manage the customer service level of the Universal Bankers and Tellers. Extraordinary customer service will be required of each employee at all times.
Monthly score card performance reviews with each employee.
Manage the day to day running of the branch including al Banker functions such as paying and receiving teller transactions, opening new accounts, making referrals of BancFirst products and all other Personal Banker duties.
Responsible for counseling and disciplinary action of branch personnel.
Hold Friday morning operational and sales related meetings with all employees.
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality are an essential function of this position.
Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Must possess the ability to work very well with all kinds of people and enjoy heavy customer service tasks.
Knowledge of sales tools and presentation.
Ability to motivate staff and assist in maintaining goals.
Knowledge of daily bank operations, including security issues.
Knowledge of federal, state, and bank policy, procedure and regulations.
Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Must become proficient in opening new accounts, servicing accounts, and working in a teller position.
Must be able to interact with other offices and departments for accurate resolutions to problems/errors, in addition to the timely completion of job tasks.
Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environment.
Critical thinking, must work well under stress and deadlines.
Banking experience required.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Finance or related field.
Significant previous experience in the banking industry.
Broad Banking knowledge.
Lending experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens.
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds.
