We're looking for a passionate and driven Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join our Global Requirements Admin & Finance team at our Global Head Office in Bonn (39 hours/week). In this position, you will play a key role in designing, improving, and implementing business processes that power our global administrative and finance landscape. You'll collaborate across countries, functions, and IT teams to ensure our systems run smoothly, meet legal requirements, and support business excellence.

Your key responsibilities in this role:

• Define business rules, system behaviours, and end - to - end process flows.
• Capture, document, and integrate local and legal requirements.
• Assess and validate change requests to ensure quality and alignment.
• Collaborate with the solution design team to ensure functionalities meet business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
• Prepare, execute, and document system acceptance testing.
• Support end - to - end testing and go - live activities across countries.
• Maintain consistent and comprehensive documentation of workflows, data elements, and information flows.
• Provide operational support to countries and coordinate with cross - functional and IT teams.
• Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Your profile:

• Experience in business analysis, process design, or requirements engineering
• A strong understanding of administrative and/or finance processes
• The ability to translate business needs into system functionalities
• Solid experience with user stories, testing, and documentation
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Passion for improving global processes and driving harmonization
• Background in logistics will be a strong advantage
