Schedule
- Four-day workweek
- Shared weekday call only, rotating 1:5 or 1:6
- No weekend call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting base salary of $650,000+, negotiable based on experience
- RVU production incentives with total earning potential exceeding $800,000
- $100,000 signing bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
- $25,000 annual quality bonus

Candidate Requirements
- Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible in Cardiology
- Open to 2026 and 2027 graduating fellows
