Job Description | Full-time, year-round position as a Professional Club whose primary focus will be custom fitting golf equipment for one of Golf Digest's 100 Best Clubfitters. We are looking for a professional who has experience with custom fitting as well as a strong desire to be an important member of a prominent industry leader.

Named one of Golf Digest's 100 Best Clubfitters as well as one of Golf World Magazine's 100 Best Pro Shops, RedTail Golf Center is one of the premier golf operations in the country. Our facility includes a championship 18-hole golf course, 80 stall state-of-the-art practice facility, full-service retail/custom fitting pro shop and the RYGTM Golf Academy where we utilize 14 individual Trackman hitting bays to custom fit and instruct at the highest level. This position is very well compensated and requires a person with strong motivation and desire to achieve a high degree of professional and financial success.

Essential Responsibilities

Job Description | Responsibilities related to success in this position:

• Retail Sales with an emphasis on custom fitting in our state-of-the-art Demo Center
• General Facility Operations
• Seasonal Staff Management
• Outside Service Staff Management Starter / Player Assistant Staff Management
• Private and Group Instruction
• Assist in Merchandising and Retail Ordering
• Assist with Tournament Operations & League Play
• Other duties as may be assigned by Head Professional or other management personnel.

Responsibilities also include accomplishing assigned tasks, working in an efficient team-oriented manner and managing multiple tasks in an extremely fast paced environment.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is broken into three categories:

Base Salary - $70,000 - $90,000 Base salary is compensated for time working in the Pro Shop. This time will most often be spent performing club fittings with customers as well as other retail sales.

Bonus - performance based: The second component of your compensation is bonus based upon your performance as well as overall facility performance. Bonuses are paid monthly, quarterly and/or annually.

Benefits Medical, dental and vision coverage is offered on a 50-50 split for individual coverage with the company.

Educational assistance is also offered as to be determined by management.
