CLINICAL APPLICATION SPECIALIST
About the Job:
The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality onsite and remote training for new system
implementations, ensuring that customer sites are fully prepared for clinical onboarding.
This role plays a key part in customer success by supporting education initiatives, guiding clinical protocol
integration, and managing expectations throughout the adoption process.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Education:
Planning and conducting comprehensive training sessions for medical professionals, including radiation oncologists
and medical technologists/radiation therapy technologists (MTs/RTTs), on the correct application of our system.
Delivery of individual and group training sessions at our training center, on-site at customer locations, as well as
remotely.
Customization of training content to meet the specific needs and prior knowledge of the respective participants.
Conduct onsite and remote applications training for clinical system implementations.
Implementation Support:
Guidance and support for clinics during the implementation phase of our system.
Support the implementation of clinical protocols and align with customer workflows.
Represent the company at trade shows, demonstrations, and assist the sales team as needed.
Optimization of SGRT workflows to enhance treatment efficiency and accuracy.
Conducting clinical acceptance tests.
Consulting and Customer Support:
Primary contact for workflow-related and application-specific inquiries.
Proactive customer support to ensure high satisfaction and optimal use of the system.
Conducting regular follow-up training sessions.
Coordinate and deliver educational courses as needed
Provide ongoing clinical phone support for customers’ post-installation.
Collaboration and Communication:
Share experiences with the clinical implementation leadership
Cooperation with the German Product Management team to provide practical feedback and suggestions for
improvement.
Participation in internal and external meetings, conferences, and workshops
Gather and relay feedback and communicate with the clinical implementation leadership
Qualifications:
Registered Radiation Therapist (RTT) with hands-on clinical experience.
Practical knowledge of Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT) is required.
Proven experience in delivering both online and in-person training programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented professional with a positive attitude.

EXPERIENCE PREFERED: Three years plus. Experience in related industries or business environments
preferred
