Overview

Lakewood Country Club is a historic private club in East Dallas, established in 1912 and woven into the fabric of the surrounding neighborhood.

The club is currently entering an exciting new chapter, highlighted by a comprehensive golf course renovation led by renowned architect Andrew Green, with the refreshed course targeted to reopen in October. In addition, we are refreshing our logo guidelines for the club.

Experience Required

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years as a Merchandiser or Director of Retail at a high-end club

Essential Responsibilities

• Positively enhance the professional yet 'laid-back' culture of the club and elevate the member experience
• Develop and manage corporate order program
• Analyze the club's membership to develop a buying plan based on feel AND data
• Support our team by learning all aspects of the golf operation
• Mentor Assistant Professionals in our merchandising philosophy
• Keep up with the latest trends and take calculated risks
