About the Role

Combine Golf is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Instructor to join our team at The Biltmore Golf Club. This is a career-launching opportunity for a coach who wants to learn, grow, and develop within a structured coaching system.

You will be trained in our ACT Method (Assess → Coach → Train) and gain hands-on experience working with players of all skill levels.
What You'll Do

• Assist in delivering group coaching sessions and practice classes
• Support Combine Assessments and player evaluations
• Help run golf schools and training environments
• Provide basic instruction under the guidance of senior coaches
• Learn and implement technology-based coaching tools
• Engage with players in both practice and on-course settings

What You'll Learn

• How to coach using a proven system (ACT)
• How to build structured practice programs
• How to use data and technology to improve players
• How to operate within a modern coaching business model
• How to transition from "lesson giver" to performance coach

Qualifications

• Passion for coaching and player development
• Basic understanding of golf fundamentals
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• PGA Associate or interest in pursuing PGA certification is a plus
