The Company

Our client is an expanding quant fund seeking a driven and proactive professional to join their Trade Operations team. Due to expanding, this role will provide operational support across a diverse range of asset. The Role

• Fund operations: Provide overall operational support including trade booking and confirmation, cash and position reconciliation, corporate actions, failed trade investigation, etc.
• Operational liaison: Liaise with prime brokers and fund administrators to ensure smooth operation workflows and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Record maintenance: Maintain records for trade confirmations, broker/fund statements, and internal documents.
• Reporting support: Assist in preparing various investment reports for Portfolio Managers and Management.

• Miscellaneous projects: Undertake other projects as assigned.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3-7 years of relevant experience in trade support, fund operations, or corporate actions.
• Strong knowledge of financial instrument is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data analysis tools, including emerging AI-based applications.
