Our client is a founder-led multi-family office in Hong Kong, known for its purpose-driven, endowment-style investment approach for ultra-high-net-worth families. They are seeking a Finance Associate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join their growing team. This role offers dynamic exposure to corporate and fund accounting, mentorship, and clear career growth opportunities.

The Role

• Corporate Finance & Accounting: Maintain accurate records, coordinate with external service providers, and manage company accounts.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections.
• Regulatory Compliance: Support financial reporting and compliance under applicable regulatory regimes.
• Audit, Tax & Coordination: Manage annual audits, liaise with external auditors, and assist with tax filings.

• Process Improvement: Streamline accounting processes to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in Big 4 audit / relevant experience within Financial Institutions.
• Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Strong analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive approach.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Open to learning fund accounting alongside corporate accounting responsibilities.
