Our client is a leading international healthcare organization in Amsterdam. With operations spanning multiple countries, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Director to join their leadership team and support the organization's continued growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting across the organization.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team to support business growth and long-term sustainability.
• Ensure financial compliance with international regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Manage and enhance internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across the finance function.
• Act as primary liaison with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in multinational or complex organizational environments.
• Big Four experience strongly preferred (audit, advisory, or assurance).
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA CA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proven success in both strategic financial planning and hands-on operational finance.
• Strong understanding of international financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
