Our client, an e-payment solutions provider is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, controls, compliance, and digital finance initiatives. This role reports directly to Senior Finance leadership and plays a key role in strengthening governance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with FRS
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Ensure GST and tax compliance
• Oversee accounts payable, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Lead external audit coordination and liaise with auditors and regulators
• Enhance internal controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks
• Manage intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting
• Drive finance system improvements and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years' relevant finance experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
