• Accountable for the profitability of fund-related business; establish and meet financial goals.
• Develop and implement fund distribution strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Perform and supervise comprehensive due diligence on all funds offered through the platform.
• Ensure full compliance with SFO and SFC regulations in all distribution activities.
• Maintain an active Type 1 license, including handling regulatory filings and reports.
• Assign tasks effectively to internal teams while ensuring proper monitoring and accountability.
• Establish and nurture strategic collaborations with fund providers and critical vendors.
• Oversee fund-related initiatives, including digital transformation projects, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing client engagement.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
• Registration as an EO with HKMA (not mandatory).
• At least 8 years of experience in the asset management and business development sectors.
• Advanced strategic and analytical thinking with strong influencing abilities to create and execute sales strategies that optimize customer revenue.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, sales acumen, and a customer-focused approach, paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High business insight, self-motivation, and adaptability to tackle challenges effectively.
