Compensation: $23.50 - $29.50 /hr
About the Fabrication Role
The Fabrication department is where the beef carcass is broken down into primals, sub primals, and boxed product. Employees work in a cold environment, typically 32-40°F, and perform precise cutting, trimming, weighing, and packaging tasks.

Principal Accountabilities
- Breaking down carcasses into smaller cuts using knives, saws, or other tools
- Trimming fat, bone, and defects to meet customer specifications
- Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing, and boxing finished product
- Working in a cold environment for the entire shift
- Ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Meat cutting, butcher, or knife-handling experience
- Experience in food manufacturing or similar settings
- Ability to work in cold or refrigerated environments
