- Develops and executes strategic marketing plans to drive OEM business growth while maintaining the marketing competitive advantage in targeted continents.
- Collaborates with sales, marketing and product teams to manage positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for OEM products, create tactical campaigns, analyze market trends, and oversee budgets for specialized marketing initiatives to meet OEM sales targets.
- Drives strategic growth by identifying new market opportunities and developing relationships with key OEM partners and customers.
Responsibilities:
OEM Portfolio Marketing
- Acts as marketing’s single point of contact for the OEM portfolio to internal and external stakeholders.
- Owns product reinvigorate, refresh and retire programs, working in alignment with sales, marketing and product teams on requirements and tools for product launch/lifecycle initiatives and tactical campaigns.
- Responsible for monitoring and driving organizational response to primary competitors’ regional marketing campaigns, messaging, etc.
- Manages marketing budgets, track KPIs, and report on the effectiveness of launches and initiatives.
OEM Field & Partner Marketing
- Collaborates with internal sales, marketing and product teams as well as key OEM partners to create and execute tailored marketing programs, digital campaigns, events, sales enablement tools and demand generation strategies, to drive mutual business growth and accelerate customer acquisition.
- Builds and nurtures strong, productive relationships with internal OEM sales team and key OEM partners and customers.
Strategic Growth & New Market Development
- Coordinate with sales, marketing and product teams to align OEM-specific strategies with broader corporate goals.
- Identify and develop new OEM market opportunities incl B2C, new vertical segments and unique use cases in core verticals. Measure market sizing of such opportunities and qualify key partners and customers while expanding relationships with existing accounts to increase market share.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological shifts to develop actionable market strategies and business plans.
Qualifications:
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related technical field.
Preferred Work Experience (years):
8+ years of OEM, product and/or B2B marketing experience.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proactive, results-driven professional capable of managing complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Clarity of thinking & vision with keen prioritization skills.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building abilities.
- Ability to technically understand how products fit in to create and deliver a solution.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable, locally tailored marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated lifecycle marketing experience, from NPI to EOL.
- Some level of travel is expected for in-person meetings and events.
