GolfCave Fair Lawn is expanding its instruction program and is seeking experienced golf instructors to grow their lesson business inside a premium, performance-focused indoor golf facility.

Instructors set their own lesson rates, manage their own clients, and retain all lesson revenue, while operating in a modern, high-end facility designed specifically for player development.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality private golf instruction in a TrackMan-powered indoor environment
• Set and manage personal lesson rates, schedules, and client relationships
• Create structured, goal-oriented lesson plans tailored to each golfer's needs
• Communicate swing concepts and performance data clearly and effectively
• Maintain a professional, punctual, and prepared presence for all sessions
• Use GolfCave facilities and technology responsibly and in accordance with established standards
• Coordinate lesson availability and bookings through GolfCave scheduling systems as required
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for members and guests
