Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGA-affiliated golf professional to join our team as a lesson instructor. This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to teaching and enhancing the skills of golfers using state-of-the-art technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group golf lessons to clients of various skill levels.
• Develop personalized lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students.
• Utilize indoor golf simulators to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for students.
• Promote the golf program and help grow our client base through referrals and networking.
• Stay updated on the latest teaching techniques and golf industry trends.

Qualifications:

• PGA membership or affiliation is preferred
• Proven experience in teaching golf lessons to individuals and groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for golf and teaching others.
• Familiarity with golf simulation technology

Compensation:

As a 1099 contractor, you will receive competitive pay through lessons sold and the opportunity to grow your earnings with insentive based commissions through client referrals.
