Overview
Graphic Design Associate (FBI) Objective
To prepare artwork for print and electronic presentation as needed using graphic programs in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. To help the development of creative requests from the Field Force. To provide support to all areas of Farm Bureau Insurance.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design Associate (FBI) Responsibilities
Help with creative requests and design and serve as graphic consultant for agent promotional materials, including all marketing elements for postcards, banners, print advertisements, electronic presentations, etc.
Design and serve as creative consultant on projects within Farm Bureau Insurance requiring design and graphics expertise.
Maintain relationships with printers, vendors and Farm Bureau Print (Michigan Farm Bureau) by communicating upcoming jobs and acquiring quoting and print material selection processes. Hold print house and vendors to high standards of production quality.
Qualifications
Graphic Design Associate (FBI) Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field required or equivalent experience may be considered.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital and print production workflows.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute as a team player.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Preferred
Graphic design experience preferred.
Knowledge of insurance industry operations preferred.
Writing and editorial experience preferred.
