Rhodes Ranch Golf Club is a premier public golf facility located in Las Vegas, Nevada, featuring a beautifully maintained 18-hole championship course, full-service practice facilities, and a vibrant clubhouse atmosphere. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Head Golf Professional to join our team and lead our golf operations while delivering an exceptional experience to our members and guests.

Experience Required

Qualifications:

• PGA Class A preferred
• 2+ years of golf industry experience (management preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with tournaments and golf operations systems

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily golf operations (Pro Shop, tee sheet, customer service)
• Plan and execute tournaments, events, and instructional programs
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and vendor relations
• Lead, train, and supervise staff
• Drive revenue growth and enhance member/guest experience
