Join a HR Technology enabled organization in their growth journey as their Head of Product and Platform. This company currently provide a HR solution through a state-of-the-art platform while also having a team providing high value services which cannot be covered by the technology platform.

This position is responsible for aligning the product direction and their high value services proposition with their platform. The role combines product leadership, technology oversight, and service delivery management to ensure their customer journey is channel through 1 single workflow.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Product Direction & Execution

Convert the company's strategic goals into a practical and prioritised product roadmap. Define platform features that enhance compliance, transparency, and efficiency while ensuring the system can support growing client demand. Introduce innovations that deliver tangible results without compromising operational feasibility.

Operational Service Delivery

Guarantee accurate and timely service offering delivery and integrate the HR service offering into the platform as a product. Enhance operational procedures, maintain strong service performance metrics through clear escalation and governance frameworks.

Operational Coordination & Risk Control

Detect and address operational constraints early while improving collaboration across product, technology, and operations teams. Ensure service reliability is preserved as the business expands.

Efficiency & Profitability Improvement

Enhance operational productivity through automation and process refinement. Provide greater transparency into cost structures and margins while building systems that support scalable service delivery.

Experience & Background

• 10+ years of experience in Technology Enabled Organisations preferably in the HR or Employee Benefit space but my client is open to any other Saas Solution Provider including FinTech's
• At least 3 years of experience as a Head in Product strategy, delivery and engineering in a technology enabled provider
• Experience in leading large teams and transformation in a high growth organisation
• Track record of connecting product strategy with technology and operations
• Focused on building durable systems rather than relying on short-term fixes
