Description
Dickinson Wright seeks a health care associate to join our health care practice. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in health care regulatory and compliance matters.
Preferred experience includes representation of providers and professional entities in:
- Fraud and abuse issues such as False Claims Act, Stark and Anti-Kickback laws;
- Licensure compliance and enforcement actions;
- Government investigations and disputes;
- Payor enrollment and billing issues;
- State and Federal privacy law compliance;
- Corporate practice of medicine issues; and
- Claim coding and reimbursement issues (including reimbursement issues within Medicare and Medicaid statutory and regulatory frameworks).
Successful candidates will also possess strong business and entrepreneurial sense, along with written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills. Candidates must have a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service, as well as the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
We are accepting applications to our Denver, CO; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Grand Rapids, MI; Nashville, TN; Phoenix, AZ; and Troy, MI offices.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 to $240,000. Please note that a variety of factors determine compensation, including geographic location, experience, relevant degrees and certifications, and other applicable factors authorized by law. This position also qualifies for an annual merit-based bonus.
