Responsibilities
- Field Help Desk calls and accurately record user information and problem description
- Assist users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, operating system and application issues
- Monitor team queue for new issues, and utilize ticket management software to appropriately assign and document issues
- Perform various tasks assigned by senior technicians
- Assist with various IT projects and objects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum GPA of at least 3.0
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to use and support the Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Windows 11 operating system
- Punctuality and good attendance record a must
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
