Description

• Participate in a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial and compliance advisory, restructuring, and other fundraising activities.
• Involved in the origination and execution of IPOs and capital market transactions, handling project management, coordination, due diligence, and overall project execution.
• Prepare internal memos, due diligence documentation, financial analyses, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials, and presentations, alongside developing detailed financial models.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, professional advisors, and regulatory bodies.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
• 6-10+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Strong experience in handling and completing IPO and M&A transactions is preferred; experience in an international accounting firm or vetting IPO applications for regulatory bodies is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Listing Rules is required; familiarity with Takeovers Codes is preferred.
• Independent, proactive, responsible, and a strong team player; willingness to travel as necessary.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is essential.
