About the Role

This internship offers unique exposure to client relationship management, distribution strategy, and front office processes in a dynamic and international environment. You will gain concrete experience on how a global corporate insurer executes its go-to-market strategy, interacts with top brokers, and develops commercial initiatives in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Broker Interaction Support
  
  • Assist in preparing client and broker meeting materials, presentations, and follow ups
  • Help update broker and client intelligence, pipeline tracking and portfolio insights
  • Support coordination of internal and external distribution requests, ensuring timely response and smooth communication flows
• Market & Portfolio Activities
  
  • Collect, organize and analyze market, broker, and client data to support business development
  • Contribute to monitoring commercial opportunities, active pipelines, and distribution initiatives
  • Help preparing reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership and underwriting teams
• Operational & Administrative Support
  
  • Maintain internal documentation, trackers, and CRM inputs
  • Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and business services on cross-functional tasks
  • Support the organization of client events, workshops, and market touchpoints

About the Team

You will join the Customer & Distribution Management team within Corporate Solutions (CorSo) business. This team is responsible for strengthening CorSo's presence in the Italian market through strategic client relationship management, broker engagement, and commercial initiatives that drive business growth and market positioning.

About You

We're looking for a curious and proactive individual who is eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry. You thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrate strong organizational abilities, and have a keen interest in client relationship management and business development.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• Studying for a university degree (Economics, Business, Management, Insurance, or similar) or just graduated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with MS Office; detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Skills in data analysis (Excel functions, pivot tables, simple reporting) and interest in using AI tools (for research, data structuring, or supporting presentations)

• Fluent in Italian and English

• A genuine interest in the insurance sector and the willingness to grow within a top-tier international company

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
