Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Tax Manager to join our growing global tax team. This role will be responsible for managing foreign income and indirect tax compliance, supporting global transfer pricing initiatives, and assisting with U.S. international tax matters. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of cross-border tax issues relevant to multinational organizations and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Senior Tax Manager, Tax Operations and Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and review of foreign income tax returns in coordination with local advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support and review U.S. international tax compliance, including Forms 8858, 5471, and related GILTI, FDII, and foreign tax credit calculations.
- Coordinate annual transfer pricing documentation and global compliance efforts.
- Assist with global tax provision and reporting processes for international entities.
- Oversee with VAT/GST compliance to ensure accurate and timely indirect tax filings across applicable jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with internal teams in Accounting, Legal, and Finance to support cross-border transactions and process improvements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for international tax matters across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced tax certification strongly preferred.
- 57+ years of progressive international tax experience, ideally including a mix of Big 4 public accounting and in-house corporate roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of foreign income tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax provision principles.
- Proficiency with Forms 8858, 5471, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, and foreign tax credit rules.
- Exposure to VAT/GST and global indirect tax compliance preferred.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Workday Financials or other ERP/tax system is a plus
Salary Range: $135,000-$175,000
Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
