About the Role

 We are looking for an Investment Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to high-impact investment initiatives and M&A transactions across the Group. This role involves long-term financial planning, business valuation, and strategic analysis. You will work in an international environment, closely collaborating with top management and external advisors to influence key strategic decisions shaping the future of energy in Ukraine and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and drive investment initiatives and M&A transactions (across all stages from NBO, LOI, Term Sheet to closing).
• Prepare and review financial models, conduct investment and legal documentation analysis.
• Lead long-term financial planning and maintain the Group’s consolidated financial model.
• Conduct business valuations (both internal and external), liaise with auditors and advisors.
• Develop and oversee capital allocation and dividend policies.
• Monitor investment programs, ensure control and perform variance analysis.
• Advise operating companies on investment processes, project evaluation, and financial modelling.
• Prepare strategic presentations and recommendations for top management regarding projects across Ukraine and Europe.

Requirements

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Investment-related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in investments, corporate finance, M&A, or business strategy (preferably in consulting, Big4, or large corporations).
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
• Ukrainian language proficiency is a must.
• Preferred: experience in the energy sector (oil & gas, renewables), strong understanding of capital-intensive projects.
• Certifications such as CFA or CIMA will be an advantage.
