About the Opportunity

We are partnering with an established and rapidly expanding full-service share advisory and stockbroking firm entering its next major growth phase.

As part of this growth, the business is launching an entirely new floor dedicated to Junior Stockbrokers, creating a unique opportunity to bring in the next generation of top performers.

We are seeking driven, ambitious individuals who want more than just a job; this is a structured pathway to Investment Manager.

This is a full-time, on-site position (no part-time options).

The Role

As a Junior Stockbroker, you will work closely with an experienced Head of Desk, focusing on:

• Client acquisition and business development
• Engaging and qualifying prospective investors
• Educating clients on investment opportunities and market trends
• Booking and preparing prospects for senior broker meetings
• Following up to convert and close new business
• Building the foundations of your own future client book

You will receive structured training, daily mentorship, and exposure to institutional-grade research and global markets.

Career Progression

This role offers a clear and transparent promotion pathway:

• Close a defined number of deals
• Complete RG146 certification (supported by the business)
• Progress into an Investment Manager role
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
