My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead a team of KYC Analysts, ensuring engagement with front office and RR teams, whilst maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You'll bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of KYC processes.

The following skills / experience is essential

1. Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations.
2. Proven experience managing end-to-end KYC processes.
3. 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
4. Strong Banking / Financial Services background.
5. Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Excellent + bonus + package

Level: Assistant Vice President (AVP)

Location: London (good work from home options available)
