Looking for an Experienced Legal Assistant
Gregory Coleman, a partner/owner of the West Palm Beach based law firm of Critton, Luttier & Coleman, LLP is seeking a full-time legal assistant to replace his current assistant whom he has worked with for 27 years and is now retiring. The legal assistant would work with two partners who handle primarily complex commercial litigation, complex probate litigation and some personal injury cases. Applicant should be proficient with:
MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel);
Should have experience with transcribing dictation, maintaining calendars, planning and scheduling conferences, depositions and hearings;
Should have excellent organizational and typing skills and extensive familiarity with State, Federal and Local court procedures in and around Palm Beach County, including eFiling, eCourtesy, Online Scheduling System (OLS), etc.;
Knowledge of NetDocs is preferable, but not a requirement of employment.
