Wild Willow Wellness is a small, relationship-focused clinic in Helena, MT, specializing in individual client customized massage therapy. The products we use are organic, and we care about our community and the earth in addition to being skilled massage therapists. We value depth, client retention, and a mindful approach over sheer volume.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed massage therapist who aligns with our philosophy and can build strong, lasting client relationships. This position offers flexible scheduling, a predictable W-2 structure, and mentorship for professional growth.

45% of base per session + 20% service fee (we are a non-tipping facility, your 20% is guaranteed)

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Conduct 3 sessions/day, 5 days a week with consistent quality. Everyone works at least one Saturday and one Sunday per month.
